Now in its 15th year, The MIND BODY SPIRIT EXPO is offering limited sponsorship opportunities for its next expo, April 13-15th, at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center in Edison, NJ. Our previous expo in Edison drew in, even in this economy, our greatest numbers (7K plus over the three-day weekend). We feel that our expo would be a wonderful opportunity for a company like yours to take advantage of our customer numbers, their specific interests (health, wellness, natural foods, personal growth, a vital lifestyle), and the varied advertising we do. We are the largest natural health/human potential expo in the Eastern United States, with a popular free Tri-State magazine, New Visions, that furthers our reach and influence through Whole Foods stores, natural health and vitamin stores, chiropractic and doctor offices, cafes, etc. Each expo headlines the top names in the human potential movement, such as Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, James Van Praagh, and others, extending our visibility across the country. Our exhibitors come from all parts of the nation and even from various countries of the world, such as Japan and England.
Our Sponsorship Program offers two Packages.
Premier Sponsorship Program – Cost: $10K
- Top level logo display in all advertising, to include newspaper and magazine ads, billboards, etc. (Value: Proportional of 25K-plus of advertising)
- Company logo on our expo bags, which are given out at the expo to attendees. (Value: Proportional of 3K)
- Company logo displayed in our MBS e-mails (thousands sent out during the course of the months leading up to the expo. (Value: Variable)
- Company logo displayed on 40K MBS 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 flyers and 10K postcards. (Value: Proportional of ca. 3.5K)
- Front Premier Corner Booth at the Expo. (Value: $1,725)
- Two one-hour premier lecture spots, one on Saturday, the other on Sunday. (Value: $200)
- Full-page ad in our Expo issue of New Visions. (www.newvisionsmagazine.com) (Value: $1,270)
- 25 admission tickets to our expo, premier days Saturday or Sunday. (Value: $375)
- Two admission tickets to the special guest speaker of your choice. (Value: $70-$300)
- Website link, with company logo, on our MBSExpo site, (www.mindbodyspiritexpo.com), Facebook page, and blog. (Value: Variable)
Regular Sponsorship Program – Cost: $5K
- Company logo on our expo bags, which are given out at the expo to attendees. (Value: Proportional of 3K)
