Place a checkmark in the Baltimore or Philadelphia column to register for a booth at the corresponding expo. You will receive a 5% discount if you choose to register for both expos up front. Early Bird prices expire on March 1st for the Baltimore show and on August 1st for the Philadelphia show. All booths include 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 sign, a trash can and up to 8 exhibitor badges. Badges will be distributed at site registration.

Please provide a full exhibit description. All products and/or services MUST be listed (including MLM) in order to be exhibited at your booth.

Electricity and phone lines must be ordered separately from the Convention Center. You can download an order form from this website by clicking on the link to the left.

Photos submitted must be recent, at high resolution (300dpi) and in color. We accept files in tif, pict or jpg formats only. Photos will be printed in the Expo Guide as well as posted online in the Lecture Overview section.

Advertising in the Expo Guide is a great way to reach a very targeted audience. This year's Guide will be a Special Section in the New Visions Magazine. It will therefore be handed out to all Expo Attendees as well as be part of the Magazine's regular circulation. The New Visions Magazine prints and distributes 50,000 copies.

Files must be submitted in pdf, psd, qxd or tif format for display ads and in jpg format for web ads. A $35 set-up fee is applied to files submitted in formats other than specified.

IMPORTANT TAX NOTE FOR PHILADELPHIA: All exhibitors selling product or services must be licensed to sell in the Township of Merrion. Non-Profit organizations are exempt.
