SPEAKER INFORMATION
For those who have speaking spots, we will be placing the information you sent in about your lecture title, description, and bio on our expo website (www.mindbodyspiritexpo.com).  For our New Visions Magazine Expo Guide issue we need to keep to the approximate 35-word lecture description and 15-word bio constraints that speakers were informed about.  (Workshops are allowed more text.)  PLEASE NOTE: While we have tried to accommodate as much text as possible in the magazine, if your description and bio went considerably over the requested word count (we’ve received some text that more than doubled, even tripled, the word count!), your text has been abridged for the magazine only, while retaining the most important information.  If you feel you need to see this text before printing, you must get back to us before January 15, 2012.  Send inquiries to miro@mindbodyspiritexpo.com

OVERVIEW
We are less than 3 months away from the expo, but time will go by fast. We are already getting very positive ticket sales for our special speakers. We expect a wonderful attendance at the expo and would like to remind exhibitors that they still have time to place an ad in our New Visions Magazine Expo Guide, ad deadline January 24th.  Not only do expo attendees receive this all color, glossy paper Guide, but it is being distributed throughout the tri-state area, giving your business or service an excellent spotlight to attract clients or customers. For expo attendees, it is also as an efficient reminder about your business or service when they take the magazine home with them from the expo.  If you do not have a graphics department to prepare an ad for you, we have a superb graphics department that can, for a very modest fee, create such an ad.
