SATURDAY
> 11AM Stationary & Vinyasa with Maura Manzo of Ryah Yoga & Health. Emphasis on alignment, strength, and balance. The 3 A’s – Attitude, alignment, and action.

> 12 PM In-ui-it Yoga, Hatha & movement/meditation. Cultivate your compassionate intuitive Self/Be moved by Spirit. Offered by Rinah Judith Karson, MSW, Gentle Yoga & Authentic Movement Teacher.

> 1 PM Power Yoga with Steven J. Gold. A unique blend of Ashtanga, Bikram, and Iyengar Yoga served Vinyasa Style.

> 2 PM Classical Yoga by River of Life Martial Arts. Classical Yoga includes training in breathing and stretching techniques which revitalize the body and its internal organs.

> 3 PM Traditional Hatha Yoga by River of Life Martial Arts & Wellness Center. This ancient practice utilizes a breathing technique and correct body posture to open all aspects of human nature to the divine. Helps center and rejuvenate one’s body.

> 4 PM Vinyasa Yoga by River of Life Martial Arts & Wellness Center. This style of yoga flows gracefully from one pose to another, involving the entire body. It works to stretch the legs, strengthen the back and core muscles, to nourish the spine and to stimulate and every system of the body.


SUNDAY
> 11 AM Traditional Hatha Yoga. TBA. This ancient practice utilizes a breathing technique and correct body posture to open all aspects of human nature to the divine. Helps center and rejuvenate ones body.

> 12 PM Pilates. TBA. Pilates focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the overall body. More than just exercise, it engages one’s body and mind.

> 1 PM Meditation Breathing. TBA. Learn to breathe deeply and assist your body in restoring its abilities to heal itself. A great de-stressor.

> 2 PM Vinyasa Yoga. TBA.
